KJ, also known as HUNNYPP, is a digital artist specialising in character design and illustration. They are well-versed in most genres but their specialties are horror and Asian historical fantasy.HUNNYPP studied in Flinders University and CDW Studios and is a graduate of Creative Arts (Visual Effects and Entertainment Design), and completed an Honors degree of the same topic.

Background assets and marketing work for "The Lights I Promised You.""The Lights I Promised You" is a point and click story-driven game about Manann, a widower going on a voyage to fulfill his deceased partner Finn's final wishes to see an aurora borealis. Along the journey, he encounters the ghost of Finn and goes through a journey of grief and rekindling purpose.

STEREOCULTURE

Background, UI and Character assets for Stereoculture, a musical garden management simulator for Game Maker's Toolkit Game Jam 2024.The game is a cutesy trashpunk/post apocalyptic farming sim about a giant alligator growing music out of planting junk and harvesting different sounds and tunes to compose music for various customers.The UI assets shown belong to an in-progress build for a visual rehaul with more time. The characters were drawn by me before being passed down to another artist in a pipeline.

DROWNED: An R18 fancomic of Zhuge Liang and Zhang Fei from Dynasty Warriors 5. Inspired by their shared cutscene in Zhuge Liang's route, Zhang Fei confronts Zhuge Liang about his actions, spurning hidden feelings.

WIP ZHUGE LIANG X ZHANG FEI DOUJIN: A snippet of an anthology BL featuring different iterations of Zhuge Liang and Zhang Fei. The upcoming complete work will include their Dynasty Warriors and Red Cliff (2010) appearances.

A supernatural horror comic as part of my Honors project. Midnight Hell Parade tells the story of Shō Nishiyama, an elderly librarian who discovers a living doll abandoned in a waterway. After the doll plants a horrific apparatus known as the "Hell Rig", Shō must use the device's abilities of immortality and contact with the spirit world to exorcise malicious spirits.Read the first two chapters and future chapters below on Tapas:
